
Jane is a Certified Holistic Health Coach in Omaha, Nebraska. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from Mount Marty College in Yankton, South Dakota and specialized in cardiac care for 13 years. Jane has attained additional training through courses such as: Tools for Teaching Toxicity, Healing Inflammation and Stop Stress Now. Jane has attended workshops in the areas of meditation, acupressure, Qi Gong, yoga and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Jane has also learned extensively from experts sharing the latest information in health and wellness by attending the following summits: The Brain Summit, Real Food Summit, Real Food Con Summit, Paleo Summit, Gluten-Free Summit and The World Tapping Summit.
Paralleled with her education, Jane is a lifelong athlete and played basketball for Mount Marty College. As an All-District player, she was inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2007. Continuing her passion for athletics, Jane has participated in triathlons, marathons, and was a finisher of the 2010 Boston Marathon.
